For vets around the world, IDEXX is the premier provider of medical diagnostic instruments and services. In 15 European countries, they were about to launch a revolutionary new product: the Catalyst One.

This compact analyser lets vets perform fast lab-quality tests for common diagnoses themselves – a new way of working for many clinics. So we focused our launch campaign on boosting awareness (know what it can do for you) and confidence (feel secure about taking medical decisions right away, during the patient visit).

Our international This is the One campaign – in print and online – was a massive success, achieving 150% of the sales target. It also marked the beginning of a new, unified brand presence for IDEXX throughout Europe.
